My name is Alberts Zemzāle. I am a software engineer who mostly writes Go. Sometimes, it involves writing microservices (unwillingly). Sometimes, it’s JavaScript or TypeScript (also unwillingly). And sometimes, it’s just writing some random stuff in Python, PHP, Java, C#, or Lua (I actually enjoy this one). Basically, I write code for a living. If you asked me, I would rather make games or CLI tools, but bills gotta be paid.
I use NeoVim (btw).
Anyways, this is just some random stuff that probably doesn’t make sense, but once a year, when I decide to write something, I put it up here.
I somehow try to write things that would be nice to read, but in the end, I sound like your average Medium article written by ChatGPT-2. I will try to be better.
